Altar Guild Servers needed- please prayerfully consider volunteering to serve during the months of May, August, or September. You can work with someone or on your own. The main duty is preparing communion and cleaning up afterwards, on the first and third Sundays of the month, and assuring that the Altar is dusted and flowers are put in vases (if any). Clean windows and screens and dust blinds
Dust mop baseboards and corners of hard floors
Knock down cobwebs on ceilings and in corners
Wash all glass doors
Straighten and refill pew racks
Wipe down outside of trash bins
Dust anywhere you can see dust
Vacuum and clean stairways to the Sanctuary
Clean windows and screens and dust blinds in Gathering Room, kitchen, and church offices
Wash stall dividers and doors in upper and lower school bathrooms
Redeemer Church and Academy Work Day Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 7th, and plan to come and spend half a day on our building and grounds. Your help is needed and greatly appreciated. Coffee and donuts will be served starting at 8:30. Work Day will be from 9:00 to noon. Come for the coffee, stay for the work! Additional details on work projects will be sent out later. Wednesday Morning Bible Study
The Wednesday Morning Women’s Bible Study will start a new study: “Who Is the Holy Spirit?” This 6-week study will reveal to us who the Holy Spirit is, what He does, and what life is like when He lives within you. We invite you to join us as we discover the Helper who is always there for us – The Holy Spirit – who works in perfect harmony with God the Father and Jesus the Son. We meet Wednesday mornings at 10:00 in the Gathering Room for an hour and a half of Bible study and prayer. Won’t you join us? And bring a friend!
