Summer Bible Study Topic for August: Intercessory Prayer
During the summer, the Wednesday Morning Women's Bible Study Group has been meeting once a month, each month a different topic. The topic for August will be Intercessory Prayer. Come and join us as together we look at what the Bible says about how to pray for others. We will be meeting on Wednesday the 24th, at 10:00 a.m. in THE 115, the area to the side of the Sanctuary. The windows will be open with hopefully a cool breeze blowing in. Coffee and ice water will be available. Bring your Bible and a friend! Sign up to serve at Feed My Starving Children!
One of our servant events this year will be a trip to Feed My Starving Children. We are scheduled for Wednesday, October 5 from 7:00 pm – 8:45 pm at 18732 Lake Dr East, Chanhassen. We have 60 spots available, so mark your calendars and sign up now!
Age requirements:
·No children under the age of 5 are allowed in the packing area. This is for safety reasons.
·Grades K-2: 1 student to 1 adult
·Grades 3-6: 3 students to 1 adult
·Grades 7-12: 4 students to 1 adult
Everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
To comply with FDA requirements and to avoid foreign objects of falling into these life-saving meals, all volunteers must remove all jewelry and/or accessories before packing. This includes, earrings, watches, rings, necklaces, pins, brooches, etc. Wedding bands, facial piercings gauges, and new earrings that lock in the back are permitted. Medical alert bracelets and necklaces are permitted.

Men’s Saturday morning Bible Study – 7:30 a.m. by Zoom!
We will begin a new six-session Bible study called "In the Meantime" by Andy Stanley on Saturday, July 16th.
- What do you do when there is nothing you can do?
- What can you do when there is no way out?
- What do I do in the meantime?
This study will help us and others try to answer these questions. We will watch an 18 minute video together and follow up with a group discussion.
