Annual Voters Meeting Update
Thank you to everyone who attended Redeemer’s Annual Voters Meeting on July 21. We are grateful for all who give their time and talents in service to our church and school.
During the meeting, ministry leaders shared updates on the work taking place throughout Redeemer, the congregation approved the 2026–2027 budget, and Nancy Lamo was affirmed as President of the congregation.
We also elected those who will serve Redeemer for the next two years. The following slate was approved by unanimous ballot of all 38 voting members in attendance:
- Secretary: Julie Hinderks
- Board of Elders: Tim Anderson, Mike Fasching, Jeff Klone and Jeff Ruchti
- Board of Trustees: Hank Radintz, Matt Schwaller, Dan Shoemaker and Andy Solstad
- Board of Outreach: Doreen Sullivan, Chair; Jill Finucane, Dave Olson and Leslee Stewart
- Board of Christian Education: Conan Crum, Chair; Carolyn Allmon
- Day School Board: Noah Rouen, Chair; Amy Crum, Jesse Humber and Mike Roberts
We thank each of these members for saying
yes to serving Redeemer and ask God’s blessing and guidance as they begin another year of ministry together.
We offer a special
thank you to John Branstad for his faithful leadership as Chair of the Board of Elders. John has served Redeemer with dedication and a heart for our congregation, and we are grateful for the leadership and care he has provided.
We also extend our sincere
thanks to Hank Radintz for his leadership as Chair of the Board of Trustees. Hank is one of those people who quietly helps keep so much running smoothly throughout our church and school. While he is stepping down as Chair, we are grateful that he will continue sharing his time, knowledge and commitment as a Trustee.
As we look toward the year ahead, President Nancy Lamo encouraged us to pray for God’s purpose to be accomplished at Redeemer, for our Pastor and church staff, our school staff and teachers, and for the Board of Directors and all ministry boards. She also left us with a question worth carrying with us:
What is God asking you to do at Redeemer? As I complete my time as Secretary of the Board of Directors, I am grateful for the opportunity to have served our congregation in this role. Thank you to everyone who continues to share their time and talents in service to Redeemer. May God bless and guide us as we begin another year of ministry together.
In Christ,Doreen Sullivan
Outgoing Secretary, Board of Directors
