As part of the procedure for replacing our boulevard signs with electronic signs, the City of Wayzata requires and has placed a temporary

 "Proposed Development" sign 

along our Wayzata Boulevard property. Redeemer is NOT redeveloping our property -- it's strictly part of the sign approval process.
